Summer Term 2024

This term our whole school learning chapter is called 'Discovery' and we're learning about sustainability and our impact on the natural world. In Dosbarth Taliesin, we'll be taking a trip to the Polar regions and thinking about the question 'Do all discoveries have a positive impact?'

Spring Term 2024

This term our whole school learning chapter is called 'Changes' and we are learning all about life in our local area in Medieval times. We're thinking about how our community has changed and important events during this period.

This term our whole school learning chapter is called 'Diversity' and we are learning all about Prehistoric Britain and its impact on life today.

Summer Term 2023

This term, our learning chapter is called 'Journeys' and we're thinking about the question 'Where do journeys take us?' In 3/4P, we're going to be taking a trip across the Atlantic, exploring the famous ill-fated journey of the Titanic before exploring life in different parts of North America. Spring Term 2023

This term, our learning Chapter is called 'Rights' or 'Hawliau'. We're exploring the concepts of democracy and our rights and responsibilities. In 3/4P, we're exploring life in Ancient Greece and the birth of democracy. As a school, we began the chapter with a focus on fairy tales and their links to rights.

This term, we’re beginning an exciting chapter of Discovery! Starting with a trip ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ and then heading to the Arctic and Antarctic, we’re thinking about the key question, ‘Just because we can, does it mean we should?’

Spring Term 2022

As part of our celebration of Dydd Santes Dwynwen, we coded our own 'Micro:bit' flashing hearts and produced some super 'love' inspired art work in the style of Romero Britto. 

As part of our 'Changes' chapter, we are currently learning about life in Medieval times and changes in plant and animal habitats.
