9th August 2017

Dear Parents
I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.
I’ve just received wonderful news from Mrs Jones that she is expecting a baby.  She will start maternity leave later in the Autumn term. We will now start the process of recruiting a teacher to cover her leave.
I am sure you will all join me in congratulating Mrs Jones and her husband.
See you in September.
